Associations Meeting in Chicago Raise All Selling Figures.

CHICAGO, Oct. 26 - The price of dining tables was advanced 10 percent today by the National Dining Table Association, which met at the Great Northern Hotel. This action is taken, it was explained, to cover the cost of material, which has been steadily increasing.
Members of the National Association of Chamber Suit and Case Work Manufactures, at their second day`s session at the Great Northern decided on more radical action than was accomplished at the opening session. Instead of a uniform advance of 10 percent on prices of all furniture manufactured by the members of the association as was recommended at the first meeting, an increase varying from 12 to 15 percent was decided on. This will go into effect at once.
The Western Parlor Furniture Manufacturers` Association has fallen into line with the other associations of the kind and will make an advance of at least 10 percent in the price lists. This was decided on at a meeting today.
