Complete Official Appraisal Shows Gross Value of More Than $87,218,000.

John V. Coggey, an inheritance Tax Appraiser affixed his signature yesterday afternoon to the completed appraisal of the estate of Col. John Jacob Astor, who perished on April 15, 1912, in the wreck of the Titanic. The appraisal fixes the gross value of Col. Astor's estate at $87,218,791.05, of which $63,124,321 was real estate and $24,094,470.05 was personal property.
